TU Delft is one of the signatories of the Barcelona Declaration. Last year we wrote a blog post on some of the actions that libraries could take.
Here’s a follow up on what TU Delft Library has done in the meantime
- Published CC0 Dataset drawn from metadata in the institutional repository
- Shared a version of this dataset with open infrastructure Ricgraph
- Not extended Web of Science contract:
- Contributing to Open Research Information (ORI) Event in 2026
- Contribute to Dutch University Repositories Fedearation (DURF) proposal This supports a nationwide approach to federating open research info and sharing it with open infrastructures nationally and internationally.
There’s still much to do – both institutionally, and nationally – but we feel this is a good start!
