Create an ORCID and link it to Pure, Scopus and Web of Science in four steps!

ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from every other researcher and, through integration in key research workflows such as manuscript and grant submission, supports automated linkages between you and your professional activities ensuring that your work is recognized.

Follow the steps below to set up an ORCID and link it to Pure (TU Delft Research Information System), Scopus and Web of Science.

4. Link to your other identifiers, such as Scopus (scopus Author ID) and Web of Science (researcherID)

2. Follow the instructions in this video to ensure the link in Pure to ORCID is active

2. Make sure your Scopus Author profile is up-to-date: look up your Scopus Author ID

3. It may happen that there are more Scopus Author IDs assigned to your name. You can request Scopus to merge these IDs

4.  Most of your publications will now be  linked to your profile. In case you discover publications in Scopus that are still not linked,  you can claim these manually

5. Activate the link to ORCID
